These Terms of Use govern access to BIDtorium, a product of Decentec LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.

BIDtorium is a marketplace and directory. Decentec LLC is not a general contractor, architect, or insurer and does not guarantee workmanship, licensing, or insurance coverage.

Property owners may post projects free of charge. Contractors pay for subscription access, featured placement, and any optional fees configured by Decentec LLC.

Contractor license numbers displayed on the platform are self-reported. BIDtorium does not verify licenses, bonding, or insurance in the MVP unless a later verification product is scoped.

Owner contact information is not disclosed until a contractor is an authenticated subscribed bidder or has been invited by the owner.

Users may not scrape listings, circumvent paywalls, or post fraudulent projects or bids. Decentec LLC may unpublish content and suspend accounts for abuse.

The platform does not hold construction funds or operate milestone escrow in this version. Any “coming soon” notices are informational only.
