Decentec LLC collects the account, project, bid, and billing information you provide to operate BIDtorium.

Email is used for transactional notices listed in the product (verification, matches, invites, awards, receipts). SMS is used only for phone verification.

Payment details are processed by Stripe (or a Client-provided equivalent). BIDtorium stores a customer reference and last-four, not full card numbers.

Public directory listings and public project pages are visible without an account. Street addresses and owner contact are not.

We retain account data while your account is active and as required for billing, dispute, and legal obligations.
