We are a 14-person roofing outfit based in Royal Oak. We do tear-offs, re-roofs, flat/TPO, and full storm-damage restoration including insurance documentation. Every job gets a written workmanship warranty, daily magnet sweeps of the property, and photo documentation of decking before shingles go down. We do not subcontract our roofing crews.

Third quote we got and the only one that pulled back the fascia to look. There was rot along 12 feet of the north eave that the other two would have shingled right over. Ray showed me photos before and after, charged exactly what the change order said, and the crew swept the driveway with a magnet twice a day. My kid rides a bike in that driveway — that detail mattered to me.

It was a detached garage — maybe a $3,500 job. They treated it like a $30,000 job. Showed up when they said, finished in a day, and the gutter runs are dead straight.

The roof is excellent and their insurance documentation got my claim approved after State Farm initially pushed back. Docking a star because the start date moved twice, though both times they called ahead rather than leaving me guessing.
