Design-build kitchen and bath renovations for pre-war Michigan homes.
We are a design-build studio. One team handles design, cabinetry specification, permits, and construction, so you are never the go-between. We work almost exclusively in homes built before 1950 — plaster, uneven floors, and undersized service are our normal Tuesday. Fixed-price contracts with an allowance schedule you can actually read.

Elena talked us out of moving a wall that we were sure we wanted moved. She was right. That single conversation saved us about $14,000 and the layout works better than what we'd planned. The finished kitchen is the best room in the house now. Eleven weeks, on schedule, and the allowance schedule was so clear that our final invoice was within $600 of the original estimate.

My wife uses a walker and we needed a genuinely curbless entry, not a 'low threshold.' Copper Creek recessed the slab so the transition is truly flat. Other contractors told us it couldn't be done on a slab. It could.
